Postal Shipments, Packaging and Returns Policy

Postal & Packaging Information

All Item(s) Sent with Free Shipping Item(s) will be sent via and ‘Insured and Signed For’ or ‘Registered Postal Service’ of our choosing.

If Postage of Item(s) is paid for by the customer, the carrier will be for the customer to choose at check out, but needs to be aware that we only ship with ‘Insured and Signed For’ or ‘Registered Postal Services’: No Exceptions.

We use recycled packaging wherever possible! 

All Item(s) will be in well-padded envelope(s) or well packaged and protected parcel(s)

Free Postage

Postage is only free on:

  • Full price items of £150 + VAT or more
  • Addresses in mainland UK

That does not include:

  • Specials unless stated in the promotion
  • Sale Items
  • Auction Items
  • Special Orders
  • Items sent in for repair or engineering work 

Additionally, free return postage does not include:

  • Complete engines
  • Complete engines bottom ends
  • Crankshafts
  • Frames
  • Swingarms
  • Complete exhaust systems
  • Complete transmissions
  • Complete transmission Gear Sets
  • Wheels and Tyres 


Our Returns & Distance Selling Rules:  No Exceptions

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014:

You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 (fourteen) working days after ordering item(s). You must return the item(s) within 14 (fourteen) clear days of receiving the item(s).

The item(s) must be returned unopened if supplied in sealed packaging and in the same condition as received.

You “The Buyer” must notify us if you wish to exercise the right to cancel within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of purchased item(s).



No-fault scenario 1:  Where a credit note is accepted


There will be a 25% (twenty-five percent) handling and restocking charge, issuing of a credit note to the value of 75% (seventy-five percent) of the final purchase price, for any item(s) that the buyer wishes to return.

Customers will be responsible for paying for the return postage charges and they must be a “signed-for” service.

The initial cost of postage to the customer will also be deducted from the refund.


No-fault scenario 2: Where a cash/card/Bank Transfer refund is requested:

We offer 50% (fifty percent) of the purchase price of the item(s) only.

Customers will be responsible for paying the return postage charges and they must be a “signed-for” service.

The initial cost of postage to the customer will also be deducted from the refund.

There is no refund to “The Buyer” on return postage, which includes an item that is returned for reasons of remorse.

Purchasers must bear the full cost of any return postage, all returns need to be sent by signed for postage, otherwise we will not accept the return. If replacement items are requested, any outgoing postage is also at customer’s cost.


Our credit note(s) are valid for 90 (ninety) days from date of issue.


RTB. All refunds where re-payment is requested, will be refunded through the same method as the initial purchase payment was made from no exceptions!!


The customer is responsibility for making sure any returned goods are protected and well packaged, items will not be accepted for return if damaged in transit back to the supplier, if damaged or lost in transit it is the customers responsibility to pursue the carrier for the loss and damages!
